Returns and Exchanges

Option 1: Online Return/Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange, log in to our website using the email associated with your order. Click the "Refund" button to receive the return address automatically. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return or exchange

Refunds

If you choose to return your purchase for a refund, please note:

  • A handling fee of £2.99 will be deducted to cover postage, packaging, and insurance.
    • Example: If you paid £30 for your purchase, your refund will be £27.01.
  • International customers or those who paid a shipping fee will receive a refund for the full amount, minus the shipping charge paid.
  • For orders over £250, additional insurance costs will also be excluded from the refund.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, or the request is received after shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued minus a processing fee (to cover payment gateway costs).
    • Note: This processing fee does not apply to orders made through Klarna or Clearpay.
