Refunds

If you choose to return your purchase for a refund, please note:

A handling fee of £2.99 will be deducted to cover postage, packaging, and insurance.

Example: If you paid £30 for your purchase, your refund will be £27.01.

International customers or those who paid a shipping fee will receive a refund for the full amount, minus the shipping charge paid.

For orders over £250, additional insurance costs will also be excluded from the refund.
